Friends, there are many IT companies, from MNC to Nationalize IT Companies. In all IT companies, the job profile is almost the same. Just depends on the total number of Employee in a particular company where number of profile can be less or more.

Size of employee depend upon the company's work culture and number of project  when inbound and outbound projects are more  then there could be more  employees  and the different job profile is categorized on the basis of that.

If the company is not an MNC or a newly started startup then there will be less number of employees thus the job profile will also be less. Because there can be an employee handle job  profile of 1 or 2 employee  like profile of both software developer and database developer can handle a single software developer.

The requirement of making any project according to the software development life cycle  almost as much profile is required as minimum.

Which we know as Human Resource. Generally this job profile is not related to computer graduate. Those who are MBA Graduates can only apply for this profile. The job of HR ranges from the recruitment process of the company to coordination between the employees.HR executive works under the HR of Company who handles everything in the recruitment process.

Manager:

The overall manager in the company is generally only one who keeps information about all the departments of the company. And also takes a decision about the growth of the company & Meeting with client and deal the project. The manager's post is a highly responsible post that keeps the information of multi projects running in the company and also makes work coordination between all the employees.

Project Manager:

Friends generally Project Managers are Software Developer who have many years of in the of field experience software development then they become project managers so that they know all the things how to form a complete project? How to prepare the structure of the project? How the project has to divide the work by discussing with the team member? Project manager coordinates with his team and tries to complete a project before deadline.

Software Developer:

Basically software developer or software engineer both are same job profile. Software developer is divided into three categories. It is basically a hierarchy first of all you can say junior software developer or intern. Jr. Software developers are new recruited employees who are given work by explaining the task according to the project. They do not have much programming experience.

Next software developers are those who have almost 2-3 years experience who work on the project and keep guiding their juniors and solve their problems too. If the employee gets 5-6 years of experience, then they fall under the category of senior software developer who integrate the project done by the junior software engineer and software engineer and then send them for the installation under the guidance of project manager.

Quality Engineer:

Generally, the quality engineer job profile is also called quality assurance because he maintains the quality of the project. He tests the quality of the project using manual and automation testing.

His role is main in the quality of the project, which tests the code made by the coder and check if there is error then it is sent again to the developer to correct only then they commit the code.

Database Developer: 

No project is complete without a database. Database is the most important part of the project, which decides what kind of programming the project will be.

Database developers are also computer graduate but their main job ranges from creating the structure of the database to programming the database.

Designer:

 Generally designers are related to creating user interface of a project. Designer is generally web designer and desktop designer. Web designer create user interface of web project for which they use front end programming and also some designing software and for desktop application they use project's IDE use back end programming to design user interface.

Support Engineer: In any IT company basically support engineer works for technical support i.e. Any PC has any type of network problem, LAN problem, connectivity problem or any kind of software or hardware related issue they solve it technically and provide new installation new connectivity as well.

Support engineers basically work under the Network Engineer and maintain the privacy and security of the company.

Operation Department:

In any company Operation department has main role .In Operation Department there are different kind of Job profile this department works like a general back office in which the work related to calling, emailing, meeting schedule, timing and data entry record are purified.
